For Farmers
How do I list my produce?
Register as a farmer, complete your profile verification, then navigate to your dashboard to create a new listing with photos, specifications, and pricing.
What are the fees?
ZaoHub charges a small commission of 5% on successful sales. There are no listing fees or hidden charges.
How do I receive payment?
Payments are processed through our secure escrow system and released to your Co-operative Bank account within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
For Buyers
How do I make a purchase?
Browse available listings, select the produce you want, enter the quantity you need, and complete your purchase with Co-operative Bank payment. You must have an active subscription to make purchases.
Is the produce quality guaranteed?
All farmers are verified and produce is inspected before delivery. We offer a quality guarantee and refund policy for any issues.
How is delivery handled?
We coordinate with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. You can track your order in real-time through your dashboard.
