Why You Need a Co-operative Bank Account

A Co-operative Bank account is mandatory for all farmers on ZaoHub. This partnership ensures:

Compliance with bank-level KYC requirements for secure transactions

If you already have a Co-operative Bank account, you can use it immediately. If not, we'll help you open one during registration, though you may need to visit a branch to complete the process.

How It Works

Complete registration with your details and Co-operative Bank account information. Provide KYC documents as required.

Once delivery is confirmed, 90% of the sale amount is automatically transferred to your Co-operative Bank account. ZaoHub retains 10% as a service fee.

The registration process includes several steps:

Account Information: Your name, email, phone, and address
Co-operative Bank Account: Existing account number or request to open a new one
KYC Documents: ID number, KRA PIN, proof of residence, and other required documents
Farm Details: Location, size, and crops you grow
Password: Secure password for your account

All information is securely stored and used only for transaction processing and compliance with banking regulations.
